Rev. Dee Graham
Rev Dee Graham, a Gainesville social justice activist, began her work in the early 1970s as a founding member of the University of Florida's National Organization for Women chapter. She led protests for various causes, particularly the Equal Rights Amendment.
Dean Millard
Born and raised in Pensacola, FL, and a graduate of Eustis High School, Dean Millard attended the University of Florida (UF) starting in 1984, where he was involved in various campus organizations. After earning his accounting degree in 1987 and an MBA from Vanderbilt, the loss of a UF friend to AIDS inspired years of volunteer work in AIDS services.
Bruce McCoy
In 1980, University of Florida freshman Bruce was surprised by the lack of an LGBTQ+ organization on campus. Having been involved in a similar group at Michigan State, he co-founded UFLAGS, which initially gained office space but later faced eviction due to an anti-gay rights amendment. Bruce and UFLAGS successfully sued the university for reinstatement, enduring significant backlash, including death threats during controversial PRIDE events like "gay blue jeans day."
Jonathan Stephens
Jonathan Chance Stephens, a 2025 Food Science graduate with a minor in Agricultural and Natural Resources Law from the University of Florida, served as the 2023-2025 President of the Pride Student Union. During his presidency, Stephens and his Executive Board successfully navigated regulatory challenges, restored LGBTQ+ early arrival programs, established "Gator Transcendence Day," and executed over 20 collaborative events.

Ronni Sanlo
Dr. Ronni Sanlo, a retired UCLA professor and director emeritus of the UCLA LGBTQ Center, is an author, historian, and playwright. She founded the award-winning Lavender Graduation and is the founding chair of the Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals.
Dr Richmond D Wynn
Richmond D. Wynn, Ph.D., is Vice President of Community Engagement and Partnerships at the University of North Florida, where he is also an Associate Professor and a licensed mental health counselor. With a focus on LGBTQ identity and health, he has been deeply involved in community service and has received numerous awards for his contributions to diversity and inclusion.
Jonathan Lovitz
Jonathan Lovitz is dedicated to helping governments, corporations, and nonprofits build strong economies and communities, and was appointed by President Biden to the US Economic Development Administration in February 2023. He has led advocacy initiatives across America on various issues and served as Senior Vice President & Special Advisor to the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, earning recognition in the 2023 OUT100.
Jacob Fazio
Jacob Fazio, a native of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, graduated from the University of Florida in May with a Bachelor's in Political Science. At UF, he served as the Student Government Director of LGBTQ+ Student Affairs and President of the Florida Cicerones, supporting and uniting the LGBTQ+ community.
